Caffè Tiramisu

Almond sponge soaked with espresso, layered with mascarpone filling and finished with mocha buttercream. A refined take on the classic, with balanced depth and warmth.

Sticky Toffee Brown Butter

Buttery white chocolate mud cake, luxurious sticky toffee sauce and German buttercream

Pistachio Orange

Buttery Sicilian Pistachio orange cake, burnt honey or raspberry buttercream, orange honeycomb, toasted almond pistachio brittle
